AMERIQUE:

A NOTE FROM THE EDITOR: It is the unspoken statistic, but it is as real as anything to do with the lingering U.S. war efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan. According to the military, 1,800 American servicemen have killed themselves since the initial invasion of Baghdad. That is in addition to the more than 4,000 who died in battle. This week, families of the soldiers who committed suicide asked President Barack Obama to change the government policy of not forwarding letters of appreciation to mothers and fathers of these servicemen. By week's end, the White House had reversed the policy and agreed that such letters are needed, as well... - Eduardo Paz-Martinez, Editor of The Tribune

GREAT SCOTT!!!:..Three Matamoros Thugs Caught Trying To Steal The Body of Former Tribune Editor Juan Jones...

By RICARDO KLEMENT
Staff Writer

HOUSTON, Texas - Police here have arrested three Matamoros, Mexico thugs who were caught trying to steal the body of former Tribune editor Juan Jones from his gravesite at an all-Black cemetery. "Those boys are sick," said one of Juan's relatives. "It was beyond ghoulish. To take a man out of a hole in the ground. What is this world coming to?"

The leader of the grave robbers was identified as Tipurcio Goma Garces, 33, a bus mechanic. Cops said the second man was 33-year-old Ramon Quick-Frito, a street vendor dealing in tacos, wrestler masks, belts and candies who is said to have lugged two shovels to the cemetery. The third thug was id'd as 47-year-old Raymundo Plundo Lozano, an unemployed Internet graphics artist.

"We had a patrol out here and that is the only reason we got these miscreants," said a spokesman for the police department. "We're unclear on the motive. But I will tell you that the Black community here is not happy. Those guys are lucky we got them and not the neighborhood chapter of the Black Panthers."

Jones was shot dead in Matamoros last month after spending a day in a hospital following a vicious beating at a Matamoros nightclub. Mexican police told Alarma! magazine that three Mexicans also partying at the club - El Last Trago Bar - took offense at seeing Juan Jones passionately kissing and fondling a young Mexican woman. He was shot as he walked toward the international bridge that would have taken him into Brownsville.

A family member said Jones would be re-buried sometime today.

"It's been raining and raining, so the ground is not right," said Taquanda Monique Jones. An attractive Asian woman who said she was Juan's last girlfriend arrived from New Orleans at mid-afternoon and was seen praying at the gravesite, which, from my perspective outside the main gate, looked like a mound of dirt that had been worked-over by a billion ants. Asked to comment on the bizarre attempted heist, the woman, who gave her name as Amy Luong Tseng, said: "Juan's soul is now out of the bottle and we have to put him back as soon as possible..."

Police said the three Mexican grave-robbers would be arraigned today and likely be deported over the weekend. "Two of them began crying as soon as the other jail prisoners began hooting & hollering," said a jail guard at the Harris County Jail. "The third one looked like he'd just seen the Virgin of Guadalupe. He wouldn't uncross his arms and kept them over his chest the whole time while being booked..."

Gosh, what some aliens won't do to ensure they got tacos to sell. And I'll bet they were going to partake of some of the meats themselves. And when they finally got Juan transported to Matamoros, they would have cut him up into hamburger meat and sold him as tacos. What a way to go for a boy from the hood.

REY SEGUNDA:...The rumor is that these thugs wanted to bring Juan's body back to Matamoros to hang it from a bridge overpass adorned with a sign to the effect that it's not safe to mess with women of the Mexican cartels. Juan Jones paid a heavy price for his sexual urges. Perhaps there is a lesson there... - editor

Don Patrick, there is abosolutely nothing wrong courting Mexican women. I feel bad for Juan Jones
I have had my share of the lovelies, and they are wonderful human beings.
Do you by any accident know, if Jr. took his lovely girlfriend with him???
I would love to meet this gorgeous creature.
As for Juan Jones, there was no need to go to Mexico. There are plenty of lovelies down here. Having move to the Valley from Missouri, or Misuro, as they they pronounce it up there, about 8 months ago I pulled my 12 By 24 trailer with a big logo that says, I want to be a Texan. I can tell you, there are nothing but short, fat, I mean, "white fat women in the trailer park where I resided". All they did was eat candy and want to drink beer, none of them new the inside of a dentist office . I don't think they ever bathe either.
I plan to live right here in Harlingen, a fine town I might add.

Mr. Editor, I find the story interesting, about this Juan Jones character.
I hail from the state of Missouri, pulled a travel trailer to the lovely city of Harlingen about 6 months ago and plan to live here.
Although, I don't know much about Mr. Jones. I can see why he could easily get in problems.
Woopie, the Valley has plenty of fine looking phillies.
I have visited plenty of the local feed lots, (I mean Restaraunts) and they are plenty full. Find food, all over the place, taquerias galore. A man's heaven, if I can add.
Hopefully, they will put the robbers in jail, or hang them like they use to.
Well, have to go and buy some chewing tabacco at the Dollar General, them stores are plentiful here in this town, they call Harlingen.

Mr. Editor, that odd looking cowboy, who hails from Colorado, are you sure his last name is Bonner?? He looks like my ex-wife grand father, his name was Amos Grissely, lived in the town name Jefferson city, near Fort Leanordwood Mi. I think I will call Betty Lou and see what happen to the old goat. He disappeared one day 10 years ago, and hasn't been hears since.

Damn,as we needed more trailer park trash here in Harlingen. Why don't they move to Florida or Arizona?
Why, are they coming here to South Texas? Newcommer, take your hillbilly accent, hook up, your travel trailer, and head North to Kansas, or Oklahoma.
Thank God, Jr. Bonner is gone, oh!! may I ask for a favor. Take the idiot from Santa Maria or Blue Town, or where ever the hell he is from, Brother Jones, that idiot too, chews tabacoo.
Two of a kind, Sorry Mr. Editor.

Excuse me Mr. Editor: but the graves are 6 ft deep. Do this guys know how deep that is. Not only that but the caskets are heavy.
I don't think this loonies knew that they were getting into.
Hang a body on the Border Brigde, you mean the one to go accross the Rio Grande.
Please advise, Sissy and Jr. Bonner, that I will buy them lunch, if they go by today at AMericas between 11:45 and 12;00.

SESSI:...It is now believed that Juan Jones may have been in cahoots with some Mexican drug dealers. Deep sources within the investigation tell us Juan ripped-off the Gulf Cartel of some $500,000, and the grave-robbers may have believed he took the cash to his grave.... - Editor

How can anyone take cash to the grave?? They prepare the bodies at a mortuary. Those grave robbers must be stupid. And the previous writer is correct, those damn graves are six feet deep and well secured.
$500.000 is a lot of cash, to be messing around with.
What type of people is the Tribune hiring now a days?? Drug dealers, womanizers, free loaders, killers.
The vetting at the Tribune needs improvement.

ANONYMOUS:...We're getting to the botom of this story. But you should know that drug dealers/mules are not the smartest guys in the room. Perhaps they did believe that Juan Jones had gone to see his maker with a wad of cash. Most Drug cartels members are Catholics, and those Catholics believe in some weird stuff. As for the casket being six feet under, well, why would that be a problem for these drug-fueled thugs?. Juan Jones came highly-recommended. He'd been a punter on the University of Monterrey football team, was fluent in Spanish and had been around a newsroom... - Editor

Patrick that looks like a cementary in Africa. Are you sure he was buried in Houston????

Sessi said...

Those pictures look like a mass graves in some African town. The trees are not local, or Texas natives.
I have also looked at Juan Jones picture on the side bar and looks more like a drawing.

Patrick Alcatraz said...

ANYMOUS & SESSI:...Juan Jones was actually buried outside League City, which is off I-45, the highway to Galveston from Houston. The tree is not native to that area. It was donated by League City's "Sister City" in the Congo... - Editor

In the picture, where Juan Jones is being re-buried. I have noticed there are soldiers, African Soldiers, why would the Army be needed on a burial of a reporter?? And the people sitting watching the leveling of the ground, look like people from the U.N.
Are you sure Juan Jones was buried by League City Texas.
Are you sure Juan Jones is dead?? I have a feeling, he is hiding in Matamoros in the red light district, laughing at all this.

Patrick Alcatraz said...

ANONYMOUS:...Those are not African soldiers you see in the photo; they are members of the Day Patrol of the Black Panthers. The people in the foreground are not with the U.N. They are part of a French film crew working on a documentary about paranormal grave-robbing... - Editor

Mr. Editor; was Juan Jones a member of the black Panthers??? What a looser that reporter was. Spending money in Matamoros in cheap bars, with women of ill repute. Then he gets his ass whipped, by someone meaner than him. He dies and is buried in League city. There is nothing but hicks in that town, now we hear some cartel members wants to display his fat body in a bridge.
What kind of reporters does the Tribune employs?
A skinney looking cowboy with the appearence of a tramp. A Afro-American that spends his free time in brothels, Ron Mexico, gets killed in a drug infested brothel in Amsterdam, his son is incarcerated in a Jail in Panama city.
Then the only sound mind, leaves the Tribune, (Elcomedor) someone needs to evaluate the Tribunes hiring practices.
