AMERIQUE:

A NOTE FROM THE EDITOR: It is the unspoken statistic, but it is as real as anything to do with the lingering U.S. war efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan. According to the military, 1,800 American servicemen have killed themselves since the initial invasion of Baghdad. That is in addition to the more than 4,000 who died in battle. This week, families of the soldiers who committed suicide asked President Barack Obama to change the government policy of not forwarding letters of appreciation to mothers and fathers of these servicemen. By week's end, the White House had reversed the policy and agreed that such letters are needed, as well... - Eduardo Paz-Martinez, Editor of The Tribune

WORKING IT, BABY: Brownsville Female Cop Hustles 12 Men Out of Freedom...

By ANGELO MARGARITA
Staff Writer

BROWNSVILLE, TX - A sexy female Brownsville Police Department officer was forced to work four long, long hours as a prostitute in a downtown sting that netted a dozen sex-happy dudes. The hardly-covered undercover lady cop has not been identified, but a source inside the force tells this reporter she looked worn-out, haggard and beat feet straight for the department's jacuzzi.

In hooking the 12 sex-hungry Batos, the BPD assigned 10 officers to conduct the surveillance/arrest operation, dubbed by local wags as "Operation Puro Pedo."

Sanctioned by Chief Carlos Garcia, no relation to Barney Fife, the female cop donned her sleezy duds and took sexual positions along the 600 block of 13th Street, biding her time by doing what prostitutes do when not talking smack with prospective customers - ah, biting her nails, arranging her underclothing, waving, smiling, wishing she'd gone to law school.

According to cops, the 12 sex-starved fools were charged with one count of solicitation of prostitution. All posted bond and presumably went home to cry. A spokesman for the police department said 10 different automobiles carrying 12 different men approached the female officer during her 4-hour shift.

The going rate - from the client's perspective anyway - for sex was in the range of $20 for oral sex (mouth on penis or mouth on vagina) and $100 for sexual intercourse (missionary, spoon, doggie). Among the doofusess arrested was a Cameron County Detention Officer and an employee with the Brownsville Independent School District.

No word on whether the cop playing the part of the street prostitute would, in real life, have drawn the twenty for a backseat BJ or the hundred for the Around-The-World acrobatics...

Looks like entrapment, what's a poor guy suppose to do when he sees a gorgeous women out on 14th street.
You dumb feather brains, haven't you figure that one out. I haven't seen anyone on 14th, or 12th street worth going to jail for.

Patrick Alcatraz said...

Gorgeous woman? Hmmmm...was she? Most policewomen look more like guys, from what we've seen across the great land. Entrapment? In these cases, the cops generally have worthy evidence via video. These 12 yokels need to hit the dating scene. There are women all over the landscape down here, some of them worth a second date...- Editor

Okay, so she wasn't gorgeous, but look there is a saying down here in Texas, that after a few beer everyone, looks good.

Well, 12 guys paid the piper for trying to get laid, but you are right, why pay for something, you can get free, or for the asking.
With all the crime in a city like brownsville, this was more of a stunt, nothing more, nothing less.

Alcatraz, you are what don nopales said, "a fink". Some of the women on the side bar dress like that on the town would cause wrecks all over the crowded streets of Brownsville.
The local jail, couldn't hold the many locals for offering their renderings to the ladies for an evening. And some of these women deserve, not only a second look, but a third or maybe forth look, okay I over stating a point here.

Speaking about Don Nopales, have you banned him from your forum?? I know he is a supporter or a fan of Juan Montoya, and in one of your articles, you mock Mr. Montoya, by pairing him to Mr. Ernie Hernandez.
Both of these jokels have baggage, too much baggage. I feel sorry for Preceinct 1. They are in for a treat. I am speaking about Ernie, and Ruben, (I am not speaking about Juan Montoya and Don Nopales.)

Patrick Alcatraz said...

No, no one has been banned. In fact, we have been quite liberal in allowing some of these comments to see light. Most of the points you make are acceptable. (2.) As for your take on our writing about Ms. Perez-Trevino and Mssr. Montoya, well, we'd be interested in seeing exactly what bothers you about our postings. We could start believing that you would complain about anything we wrote about these two. (3.) Reporters also must adhere to a standard, at the very least the same one they wish on the politicians they write about. Nothing more, nothing less...- Editor

Do you mean to tell me the picture on this blog was not the police lady, who was playing decoy to arrest the johns that made a move on her.
How crazy, no wonder you question Anon, about the good looking under cover, they do look like in between, man and a woman.

Don Pancho, go get another scotch and water, and stay away from el roci, they're going to mess you up.
They just write stuff all over the place, seriously, you didn't believe their comments, but then after a nice cold one everything becomes real.

We read El Rocinante. Nothing wrong with venturing along the many informational roads available in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. And taking the long way home is okay in our book, as well...- Editor

I stand to be corrected, it was Ron Mexico, who el rocinante alledges an involvement with gran-ma Emma trevi. It was not dp-m.
Www, wee, for awhile I was dumb-founded. My apologies to MR. DP-M for any embarrassements my comments might have caused.

Patrick Alcatraz said...

Well, this will be quick. We're outbound, but no apology is needed on your confusion. Ron Mexico likes to think he's his own man, somewhat apart from the main. And if you knew them, you'd never confuse DP-M for Ron Mexico. BTW, we have no new info on any relationship between Ron & Emma... - Editor

Saw an article at el Roci, by dp-m, what's he doing writing for them?? or just expressing an opinion. hhummm, your blog is above, way above el roci, as a reader and I am sure Don Pancho would agree, you are way above the fray. Keep up the good work, we like the Herald-Tribune, you get my vote.

Patrick Alcatraz said...

We have our critics, and that's okay. But what they say about watching your back as it applies to enemies also says you need to watch your friends - they're the ones who stab you in the chest...- Editor

El Roci, is pure trash, nothing more nothing less. I am convinced that their editor is some reject that adorns the blog with naked people.
I will never, visit that site, ever again, pure garbage, he repeats many of the articles by J.Montoya's El Rrun Rrun, they aren't even originals. My hat to DP-M for running a clean web-site that allows differences, without resorting to profanities, or name calling. Thank you MR. Editor.

Lookie, here, don't lower your standards just because other bloggs are doing it.
Patrick, you are man of integrety, have you all ever done a survey as to the level of people that read el roci???

In these thoroughly strange times, when the world of politics is as corrupt as they are south of the border and a time when the mainstream news media is on its knees, we believe Blogs can serve a purpose - but only if they maintain a standard of civility and honest Journalism. That does not mean fun cannot be part of it (We're humans!), but things must be said - even when they hit smack on the faces of friends... -Editor

I say, if the cop that arrested the 12 johns was dressed with those short jeans, I am surprised she didn't arrest anymore, specially in Brownsville, where the hounds run loose.

Patrick Alcatraz said...

What we wonder is this: How did these 10 police officers, especially the officer playing the prostitute, prepare for this JohnHunt? Who gives the female officer her instructions? What does that cop supervisor say? It would be neat to hear the tape and watch the video. With all the fear running rampant due to violence only a few miles to the south of 13th Street, where these JohnBusts took place, it must be incredible focus that has the Brownsville Police Dept. gearing up to arrest 12 guys looking for street women. Stunning... - Editor

Well I'll be, if the police officers in brownsville look as good as the lady in blue jean shorts, the clearence rate should be around 100%.
All I ever see on tv is Manriquez and some other gentleman doing the interviews.
